With cheap sunscreens, most of the manufacturer's money is spent on flashy advertising instead of on the product. Pro-Tect® is made with the wearer's protection, not profits, as the highest priority. Our sunscreen is made so well that it stays on all day, even under makeup, through perspiration, swimming in salt water or fresh water, drying off with towels, and changing clothes. The FDA makes us put instructions about reapplication on the label, but this sunscreen has been proven to stay on and stay an SPF 15 or higher all day.


This particular formula was designed to be worn under makeup. Apply to clean, dry skin, preferably as a body lotion after your morning shower, then allow to dry. Dress and if desired, apply makeup. You can now be confident that your protection will be consistent all day. What good is a sunscreen that comes off? This formula is made with an emulsifier that is not active at low temperatures so when mixed with water, nothing happens.


Try this experiment.

Put your favorite sunscreen on your hands like a lotion, palms too. Let it dry. Cup one hand and add a few drops of water and stir with one finger. If the sunscreen does anything other than stay clear, it will come off with plain water. That means the SPF value has changed in a few seconds. Try this experiment with Pro-Tect® Sunscreens.
